Adam Jordan, a brilliant 11 grader student of MA Al Irtiqo' Malang from Samarinda, won gold, silver and bronze medals at the National Olympiad of Chemistry this January 2021.

On January 17, 2021, Adam won a gold medal in the chemistry olympiad held by Indonesian Student Intelligence Competition. On January 10, 2021, Adam won a silver medal,  still in chemistry but from a different event held by Forum Pecinta Kompetisi Sains Indramayu. Later on, Adam won a bronze medal in the chemistry olympiad held by Kompetisi Sains College, and he also won many others prizes.

Adam Jordan had a noble motivation in participating in these olympiad. He said "I want to dedicate my championship prizes for my madrasah and I want to make my parents proud of me, and I want to prove to them that I can win. I chose chemistry olympiad since I fell in love with that subject. During my study I have got a great teacher who matches my ideals because she teaches me with comfortable teaching methods and comprehensible instructions. My teacher encourages me to ask someone misunderstood points and she gives me practice tests".

"Adam Jordan is an enthusiastic, diligent and active student in the class, especially in chemistry class. He always pays attention to my material delivery, does all assignments so well, until he comprehends chemistry concept by concept. Once before he moved to 11th year he asked me to explain some points of 1th year materials, so he already knew some points of the materials earlier than his companies. I hope Adam Jordan will always participate to similar olympiad in the future and win all gold medals'' Adam Jordan's chemistry teacher, Siti Aqilah Rohadatul Aisy, S. Pd, described 

In conclusion, Adam said that in the future he will participate in another olympiad and he wants to master chemistry to contribute his knowledge to society. “My dream is when I grow up I want to be a university lecturer who memorizes Holy Qur'an and Islamic classic books and become a motivator."
