Everyone wants to live a healthy life every day. To stay healthy, humans are even willing to spend expensive to buy drugs, supplements, or undergo medical treatment and surgery. However, sometimes they forget about God as a healing substance.

Islam has guided how to live a healthy life. According to herbal health expert who is also preacher, Ustaz Zaidul Akbar, the concept of Islamic health recognizes spiritual or inner aspects and physical aspects or bodies. Ustaz Zaidul is also a doctor termed with software and hardware. The concept of Islamic health reveals, all forms of physical diseases experienced by humans are caused by liver disease or spiritual aspects.

Ustaz Zaidul said, when a person is able to nourish and optimize his mind it will avoid all kinds of diseases. While the way to nourish the mind is to practice the Shari'ah allah perform the sunna of the Prophet, increasing faith by multiplying pious deeds.

"The software is all sharia that Allah has commanded, which is exemplified by the Prophet. Including the pillars of Islam, including almsgiving. If optimized many diseases that exist at this time can disappear. The main problem is our faith, our faith in Allah and the Prophet. Rest assured that alms can treat and cure the disease suffered, the problem is many people who do not do that," said Ustaz Zaidul in his virtual study, some time ago.

According to him, nowdays there are many people who experience pain are precisely remembered for the first time, namely looking for a quality medicine, doctor, or medical facility so that the disease he suffered can be cured soon. Unfortunately, they ruled out remembering and asked For God's help. Therefore, he considered, the inner aspect needs to be addressed first in order for God to provide health and healing from a disease. Ustaz Zaidul explained, to improve the mind is to increase faith through multiplying righteous deeds and abstaining from the maxims and sins that are the initial source of spiritual illness.

Therefore, Ustaz Zaidul said, a Muslim should be able to make the best use of his healthy time, namely by increasing the work of charity. "So, when we again have no pain, no complaints of problems, our bodies use it to read the Quran, use it for evening prayers, use it for dhuha prayer, later nyesel really if the pain can not be ngerjain it," he said.

Obedience to God is the key to the health of the mind that has an impact on physical health. Ustaz Zaidul said, the heaviest disease is in the self, namely liver disease. To cleanse the disease of the crusty heart requires earnestness in betaubat and doing pious deeds. "The concept of healthy in Islam is not physical first, Islam knows healthy from the heart first. And read in various theories of treatment, all the discussion will explain that all physical diseases are basically liver or heart disease of a person," he said.
