"Later of course for the criteria of severe damage, moderate damage, light damage we will detail. But the affected homes are currently recorded at 2,970 units, "he said.

Then related to educational facilities, according to Abdul, information from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology through the Disaster Safe Education Unit reported that there were 38 units directly affected by the eruption of the mountain. Then for infrastructure there is 1 unit of damaged bridge.

"So the data on the impact of damage on the physical side of the house was 2,970, educational facilities were 38 units, and 1 unit of bridges," he said.

Indonesia's National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) revealed the main obstacles in the search for missing victims due to the eruption of Mount Semeru, Saturday (04/12/2021). This was revealed by Basarnas Director of Operations Brigadier General TNI Wurjanto in a press statement on Monday (6/12/2021) night.

"The obstacles on the ground are mainly weather issues. So like we got a report on the ground it was raining. This will indeed be an obstacle for search officers, "he said.

Therefore, Wurjanto hopes that the weather in the future is conducive so as to facilitate the search for victims. Information related to that, he continued, came from the community.

"Is there still? We are still waiting for information from the public, reports, possible families that are still unaccounted for," Wurjanto said.

"So I'm saying it's mainly the weather. As long as the weather is good, the SAR element is quite a lot, so we can share wherever the reported sector may be undiscovered victims," he continued.
