During the current Covid-19 pandemic, achieving the best achievements is not easy. Because the challenges faced are much different than when there was no coronavirus. Because the physical activity of interaction and fellow humans is all limited, thus causing the process to achieve achievements cannot run optimally.

In the field of education, the existence of Covid-19 causes a change the class learning system in the classroom into distance learning at home.

In this difficult situation apparently did not break the spirit of the learners. One of the students is Kamaludin Ahmad Syah, a student of Ma Irtiqo IIBS Malang who managed to achieve many achievements of national Olympiads in the midst of this pandemic.

Kemal, his familiar greeting, achieved the achievement by getting five Gold Medals in the mathematics science of Indonesian students, and four silver medals in the competency held by DIVYA 2.0 and the national Olympic League, as well as four silvers in the Indonesian competency. That is, students from MA Irtiqo managed to become outstanding students.

According to Kemal, the focus in the field of interest and the role of the school is very helpful to achieve achievements.

"I like to try new things; I like to learn and pursue something new.  After joining MA Irtiqo Malang, I focused on optimizing my potential. I also have the support from the teachers, Alhamdulillah I was able to achieve," Kemal said.’’

Related to his spirit, Kemal claimed to always try to do positive things and activities even though pandemics interfere with the learning process. This needs to be imitated by other learners in MA Irtiqo Malang.
