The government ensures that there will be as many as 1 million vacancies for Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) this year that will be opened soon.

Deputy for Human Resources of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) Teguh Widjinarko said that the plan for CPNS will be opened in the middle of this year. However, the exact exact location is still unknown.

"It is estimated after April and May," he told CNBC Indonesia, quoted Monday (2/8/2021).

According to him, currently the Ministry of PAN-RB is still waiting for the submission of formation needs from government agencies.

"We are still processing input from various government agencies," he said.

In addition to CPNS, which has been confirmed to be carried out recruitment is the formation of teachers through the path of Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK).

In addition, there are also other formations that will be ready for recruitment for this year, ranging from the health sector to supporting human resources needed by the Ministry / Institution (K / L) in carrying out priority tasks.

"Clearly, in addition to teachers, health workers are still a priority. Coupled with the technical personnel needed to support the achievement of development targets," he explained.

Being a Civil Servant (PNS) is one of the jobs that is considered to be able to guarantee life until old age. In addition, a civil servant can also earn a large income every month, because of the calculation of various allowances.

The new civil servant salary formula will be determined based on workload, responsibilities, and job risks. Meanwhile, the civil servant allowance formula includes performance allowances and skills allowances.
