A child with malnutrition in Lebak Regency, needs generous helping hand assistance for treatment. That is because Uniyah's health condition (8 years)is getting worse.

Uniyah is a resident of RT 002, RW 001 Lame Payung Village, Muncang Kopong Village, Cikulur District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. "We can not afford to take their children to the hospital because they do not have money," said Ahmad, Uniyah's parents when met in Lebak Regency, Friday (13/8).

Uniyah is limp every day in the house hall in her mother's arms. During this time, Ahmad said, his son's health condition is getting worse, can not even sleep and eat. "We see the condition of the child is very pitiful, because every day always crying," Ahmad said.

Uniyah said, based on medical records of Cipto Mangoenkusumo Hospital (RSCM) Jakarta suffers from malnutrition plus complications of cyst disease, liver, heart and lungs. In 2017, Ahmad said, Uniyah was treated at Adjidarmo Rangkasbitung Hospital for seven months.

Furthermore, her son was treated at RSCM with the help of donors. After seven months of treatment at RSCM, according to Ahmad, Uniyah finally returned home because the help from donors had stopped. "We are now confused because her son's health is getting worse and his stomach is getting bigger," she said.

Ahmad explained that, so far, has never brought his son's medicine because the family's economic condition is very difficult. He worked daily as a farm laborer with an erratic income. "We really hope that the benefactor can help his son's recovery," he said.

Head of Lebak District Health Office, Triatno Supiono said, Uniyah has the membership of bpjs health card government assistance. So, it is free if treated and hospitalized. "We ask that parents can take their children for treatment and be treated in Class III hospitals for free," Triatno said.
