Safar is the second month after Muharram on the Hijri calendar. In the history of Islam, there have been many important events in the month of Safar.

Safar month falls on September 8, 2021. Some important events in the month of Safar can be evidence that refutes the myth of the month safar referred to as the month of misfortune.

Safar is interpreted as empty because in this month, arabs in ancient times went to war that caused the emptiness of the city of Mecca.

The month of Safar is certainly a month that has many twists and turns of the journey of the early days of Islam. The month of Shafar was also the month in which the Prophet married his wife, Khadijah.

3. The Prophet and his followers migrated from Mecca to Medina

4. The Al-Abwa War. This war was a war to conquer the Quraysh but failed. This war became the first war of Muslims and coincided with the month of Safat in the year 12 Hijri.

5. The Prophet sent Osama bin Zaid to the leader of the Rum Army before the Prophet died

6. Ar Raji's tragedy. Tragedy is the betrayal of the two kabilah Bani 'Afdhal and al-Qaaroh that occurred somewhere called Ar Raji'.
